A sloggy performance from Bandidos after a long Christmas break filled with too much food & beer and not enough exercise. There were moments where we looked good, but not consistent enough to keep KK out. A halftime score of 3-1 looked promising, but our fitness let us down in the last 10 and KK continued to pile on the pressure. Some great saves from their keeper kept us at a low score. Good luck for the rest of the season KK

first game back after christmas and new year back. Always a bit difficult to get the engine running after the festive season but we still seem to be well oiled. We started well taking an early 2-0 lead. Rappo and Stefan put tremendous pressure on their defence and keeper and won many balls in dangerous situations. If one would have a criticism we should have been up by a few more goals after 10 minutes. Soren and Claas gave us composure in the back which were lacking in a few games last year. We gifted Bandidos a goal which made it temporarily 2-1 which did not reflect the course of the game. Having said that you always have to be on your toes in futsal the the tide can turn within a split second. 3-1 at HT. A very composed and solid performance but scoreline certainly a bit too close for comfort. It took us a few minutes in the second half to get the engine running again but when it did, we ran away with it. A couple of goals in quick succession made it 6-1. Bandidos still got themselves a conciliation goal in the end. Final result 9-2 which quite frankly was also deserved with that margin. We did not play any spectacular futsal last night but very composed, disciplined and efficient. A very solid performance and positive start to 2018. MoM to Rappo for another full energy display. Thanks Bandidos for a fair and competitive game. Good luck for the rest of the season.
